Personal Story:
I got these three guys from Ebay for a fair price considering how rare they are.

Introduction:
This Kubrick set is based on on the Special Forces guys. This is one of the most popular Kubrick series from Medicom mainly because of their limited production and the fact that they sometimes come with very rare and hidden figures which makes collectors drool. There are always five common figures, one "Impossible to Find" figure and an unknown amount of hidden figures. The figures I have are (pictured left to right), FBI (B), SAS (A) and FBI (A).

Sculpt:
I'm going to review these as a set rather than focus on their individual traits. All the figures are look good. Since these were the first in the series, they don't look as good as the figures in the later Special Force series. The vest on the SAS (A) guy is actually flat and not molded in this series. But most of the accessories look very good. The guns and the details in accessories for the head like the mask, hat and hair looks good. Nothing truly outstanding but it was a good direction for Medicom at the time.

Paint:
The paint job is very nice and simple. The details for the vest is good but not great. The small decals of the FBI logo and the color scheme for the figures are great. There's really not much to talk about here.

Overall: B
These are good but not great. If you bought the later series, you'll find many improvements over this series. Overall, this was a good attempt for Medicom before their Special Force figures became so popular. Collector's should check them out but others might find more satisfaction with the later series.

Where can I find this?
Very hard to find. Only Ebay and other auction sites will have them. You'll find some of them being sold as set for a pretty high price considering how old they are. They'll pop up occasionally but it's very few and far in between.

Other Images:

The box. Nice design with the SAS (A) figure. The red background rules.
